Delhi are out…. damn

So Delhi Daredevil’s chances have been snuffed out. Second time in as many seasons they have failed to make it to the play-offs (final four). This time Mumbai’s total of 178 was 32 runs too many for the visitors. Delhi’s chances were crashed when they were 7/4 in 2.5 overs. There was no miracles this time as Sehwag was one of the men who was out early. Too much was left for Venugopal and Hopes. Had the total been around 150, they may still have fancied their chances. The credit for this win goes to Ambati Rayudu and the Mumbai Indians’ bowlers. They did not allow the Daredevils to come anywhere close to the asking rate.
