2009 Ashes, 1st Test, Day 4: Australia Consolidate, Rain Threatens Draw

The 1st Test seems to be heading towards a draw, barring some English brain melt a la Adelaide 2006. Today looks like it might face rain interruptions so Australia will barely have time to build a substantial lead, declare then hope for an English batting implosion. Hard to see it happening but if anyone could do it, England can. Encouraging to see Marcus North put on some runs. Not so encouraging...
