Tis the time for end of year lists.Here are a few players who did fine things but generally got ignored. Gentlemen, we salute you. Brendan Nash Nash is a grinder and a nurdler. This year he did a couple of very passable Chanderpaul impressions. His defiant 81 in a hopeless cause at Lords was impressive. Perhaps most satisfying for him was his 92 at Adelaide. Marcus NorthStarted the year with a ton on his test debut against South Africa. Then had a superb Ashes, with 2 hundreds and a 96, only Michael Clarke averaged more.
